Production of four hours of educational videos, CD-Roms from 200 hours of filming the 1997 inaugural Centre for International Humanitarian Cooperation course: International Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance, the first ever diploma for aid workers. Volatile Media developed the CIHC website as part of an “institutional memory” for humanitarian aid workers, arranging the donation of transcription services by Phillips’s UK labs while developing the SpeechExec Pro dictation software.  CIHC directors included Lord Owen, Boutros Boutros-Ghali, Cyrus Vance and Paul Hamlyn.
